1. Introduction
Welcome to Reconcilely's Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the program. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms.
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To enroll, you must submit a complete application and be approved via our
program registration page. Approval is at our discretion. You must ensure your information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Affiliate Obligations and Conduct
a. Promote Reconcilely responsibly and ethically.
b. Use only approved marketing materials.
c. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
d. Refrain from making any false or misleading statements about Reconcilely.
4. Referral Tracking and Commission
a. You will receive a unique referral link.
b. Commissions are earned for each new customer who purchases via your referral link.
c. Commission rate: 20% recurring commission on sales made to referred customers.
d. Commissions are only paid on confirmed and paid transactions from new customers, which implies a referral is successful after a customer has created a new subscription, the trial has elapsed, and a first payment has been captured.
5. Payment Terms
a. Minimum Payout Threshold: $500.
b. Payments are made monthly.
c. Payment method: PayPal.
d. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees.
6. Term and Termination
The term of these Terms begins upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
7. Modification
We may modify any of these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, payment schedules, and Affiliate Program rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reconcilely will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Affiliate Program.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reconcilely and its employees, representatives, and agents, against any and all claims, suits, actions, or other proceedings brought against Reconcilely based on or arising from any claim resulting from your breach of these Terms.
10. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose or use Reconcilely's confidential information made available to you without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
